Horror Comic Making Contest

Mechanics:

1. This contest is open to any member of Shounen Gakuen (one entry is allowed per member.)

2. The comic you will submit must have a title and an engaging story. It should also strictly follow the theme and genre provided.

3. The entries to be submitted are limited to only 1 page with 2-8 panels. The artist can use digital art or hand-drawn, whichever they are comfortable with.

4. The artist can use blood and gore in their entries but proceed with caution.

5. It should not contain any offensive details or violate any person's rights, including but not limited to copyright and privacy.

6. The entries can be in either English or Filipino, whichever can deliver the story or terror better.

7. You can use inspirations for your work but do not submit an entry already created by others. Any instances of plagiarism caught will disqualify the member from the contest.

8. Once done, you can post your entries in our official FB group before November 19, 2023, 11 PM, together with the following format:

NOTE: Posting your entries earlier will be an advantage in getting more reactions.

REMINDER: Once the entry is posted, the entry is not allowed to be edited or reuploaded. Ask permission from the Higher Order if changes are necessary.

Criteria for judging:

Story/Fright Impact (Genre) - 30%

Creativity and Artistic Skill - 25%

Relevance to the theme - 20%

Dialouge and Story - 15%

Audience impact - 10%
