Anime Fandub Contest: Rom-Com Edition (Filipino Dub)

Mechanics:

1. Strictly one entry per division.

2. The host will provide pre-selected Rom-Com Anime scenes that the members will work on to Filipino Fandub.

3. The members can either translate the same script or create their own. Comedic twists and humorous adlibs is recommended. The script must be primarily Filipino. Other languages are accepted but only for expressions and comedic purposes.

4. The audio should be clear and properly synced with the character's mouth movements. 

5. AI-generated voices or text-to-speech tools are not allowed.

6. Background music and sound effects are optional but should not overpower the voices.

7. Offensive, inappropriate, or explicit content is strictly prohibited.

8. The entries must be submitted in video format (.mp4 or .mov).

9. Once done, the representative can upload their entries in the Google Drive link (https://drive.google.com/.../1X...) on or before March 29, 2025, 11 PM, together with the following format:

Criteria for judging:

Voice Acting (40%) – Expression, clarity, and emotional impact.

Dialogue Creativity (30%) – Originality and how engaging the script is.

Lip Sync Accuracy (20%) – How well the voices match the characters’ lip movements.

Sound Quality (10%) – Clean audio with minimal background noise.
